Policies

Consultations are complimentary and offered at the beginning of each visit.

Cancellations-

                Unlike many other salons, there is no charge for cancelled appointments. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, as a courtesy to others, please call as soon as you are able. Allowing someone else the opportunity to come in.

Waiting List-

                      If your first choice for an appointment is not available,  your name will be added to a waiting list. Should that time become available you will be called and offered the spot. At no time should you feel obligated to move your appointment. It is offered as a courtesy.

Late Arrival-

                Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, Val will do her best to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please understand that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Referral Program-

                Guests of Val’s Sunny Shears will always be rewarded with $10 off their next service for their referrals. My referral program is an ongoing Thank You to you, my loyal clients, who are greatly valued!

Non Sufficient Fund Check Policy-

                A minimum of $25.00 will be charged for any returned checks.
